
These savory bites have to be one of my favorite appetizers. Mildly spicy, tangy, and lots of cheese!

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
Serve with your favorite ranch dressing. I like, Chosen Foods
SERVES 12
INGREDIENTS
12 jalapeno peppers approximately 3-4 inches long
1 8 ounce block cream cheese softened
1 cup sharp, white cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8th-1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
12 slices bacon, cut in half, do not use thick cut
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat it with oil.
Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and ribs.
In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese, spices, and cheese.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture. Wrap each pepper half with half a slice of bacon.
Arrange the peppers on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy and browned. Serve immediately.
